Formless Tai Chi Boxing

Thursday, November 6th, 2008

I’ve developed this Formless Tai Chi Boxing for many years.

Being a natural exercise generated from inner power, it is a Chi Kung exercise without fixed form. Therefore, I can do any movement I like.

This is a sort of creation just like the creation of art. There are much more freedom and fun when I play this exercise, but that is really based on a solid foundation of relaxation and softness and extremely follows the principles of Tai Chi.
